Staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. We will be back in the future.

It’s not all inclusive. Hotel was good, staff friendly and good food. But - we thought this was all inclusive, based on the listing but due to local laws, only allowed 3 drinks with lunch and dinner. Kind of forces you to binge drink through meals which is not what we had planned. Ended up spending much more money on drinks than we expected. Those drinks you do buy at the pool come in really worn, cracked plastic glasses. Apart from that, it’s quite a noisy hotel with lots of German tourists and very close to the noisy German quarter - so probably wouldn’t return or recommend

Lovely hotel and great location close to Port Andraxt and not too far from Portals Nous. I would note that there is one iron for everyone to share in the ironing room which you can’t take back to your room. This was a slight pain as we had to walk over with all of our clothes to iron.

The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay.

We couldn't have chosen a better stay in Palma! Gorgeous, clean, historic, classy... I wish we had another day to soak it all up! Highly recommend !

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and as pictured. We loved the beach that the hotel is on, and it’s located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only reason I knocked it down a star was for the half board buffet. Personally the buffet was not worth the price and we didn’t use it a majority of our trip as there were better tasting options near by. Also two people on our trip are vegan and nothing at the buffet had ingredients labeled which made it difficult.
