under renovations, no elevator to the upper floors, staff were less than helpful, our room was on the 7th floor and we are both seniors, I have mobility issues, when we checked in and were told we were on the top floor the staff member seemed amused when she asked 'how will you manage' when I arrived with my wheeled mobility aid. No offer of assistance to take luggage to our room. During our stay our card keys became deactivated which meant my husband had to go up and down stairs again to have it fixed. Carpeting on the stairs was filthy. Loved the view from our balcony and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Great little restaurant for food and beverage. Close to most things. Beds were comfy and clean. Fresh sheets and towels that smelled nice. No one bothered me as I was resting post work. I will come back here anytime I’m in town.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, and I would love to come back when they are done. Property is right in the water, and the views are amazing. Restaurant views are incredible. As I say, once the renos are done, this will be an amazing place.
