Clean and convenient older hotel. A little bit noisy between rooms (could hear other rooms and regular hallway noise) but the breakfast was great. Not enough parking for all cars if the hotel is full, but there is street parking available too.

Breaky was great. One employee scowled at me when I entered the property, she had parked in the middle of the driveway and didn't appreciate that I needed half the driveway to enter. All other staff, including reception were so friendly so I don't think scowling lady fits in. Older rooms, a bit pricey for what the rooms are, clean. For a better price I would go back.

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was great to have. We had enough dishes and cooking utensils to get by, but the kitchen was poorly stocked. There was a great amount of space, like a full one bedroom apartment. Huge walk in closet. There was no air conditioning, so we kept our windows open which unfortunately meant we smelled lots of marijuana from close by. There are a few permanent residents in the hotel. The indoor car park was nice in the rainy weather we had. This hotel is showing its age, but it worked well for us.

The hotel is right across the water, the view is amazing! Staff are friendly and super helpful. Our room comes with a full-size kitchen, which is great for traveling with a family.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Check in was great. We were late but they are 24 hours check-in. We were very happy with the room itself. It all went to crap in the morning. Breakfast is advertised until 10pm. We showed up at 8:46 and there was 3 pieces of bread, no eggs, no sausage, no juice, no clean bowls to eat cereal, and the list goes on. Sat there for 30 mins. All they did was refill the coffee. Had 2 families come in and have nothing to eat. One man took a dirty bowl out of the bin and hand washed it without soap as there was none and get some cereal. We all tried to complain to front desk but nobody was there. Multiple people tried over 40 mins. We packed up and left. Then realized we forgot the birthday cake in the fridge in our room. The whole reason we were there in the first place. A special occasion. We came back 15 mins after we checked out. Nobody at front desk so went up to the room and the cleaning woman LIED to my partners face that there was no cake in the fridge 15 mins after we had left the room. She tried showing him the garbage. Like he was stupid. Never again.
