Bathroom was not very clean. Whole place is quite outdated. Beds were comfortable but because bathroom was dirty it made us question cleanliness of the linens.

We walked into the room, turned around, and walked out to find a new hotel. The hotel is poorly cared for and filthy, The carpet is stained, the furniture is dated and the surfaces are only partly clean. Only some of the deck boards are nailed down. Upon leaving at 7 pm, a manager was not available to help. I am trying to get a refund and haven't received a phone call back.

Good price
Great location, across from ocean with nice bike trail and good restaurant two doors down. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good with real scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. The price was good and it was safe. We had bikes on the back of the car and no problems. It has garage parking. The hotel is tired and needs updating but the price was good for what we got and it was packed all three nights.

Stayed for a week. Upon arrival we reported our sink was clogged which was gross. We complained about it for 5 days and it was never taken care of. We asked for more coffee and tea and it was left on the floor in the hallway. We put out the sign for housekeeping and they never did any housekeeping all week. We had to use the same cups and glasses for 5 days until we intercepted someone in the hallway and we received clean cups. Breakfast was mediocre, no muffins or pastries, always sausages with eggs but never any bacon. We had breakfast out most mornings.

They have secure underground parking as well as outdoor parking. Complimentary breakfast was good with some hot food. The balcony had a view of the ocean when you were on it. Not a new hotel, but the decor was nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was secure underground parking. The free breakfast is adequate. There was no A/C and it was 30 *C. No bathtub and paint peeling above shower stall. Floors were very warped. Freezer in fridge was unusable due to ice build up. Our room keys didn't work the second day. The entire hotel is very dated and tired looking. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy.
