Phenomenal stay, phenomenal accommodating staff. We brought our puppy and in check in. We got a nice puppy gift and the housekeeping staff brought up a puppy bed and two Yeti dog bowls for our puppy.

The resort is not on the ocean as most places seem to be in Campbell River. It was built adjacent to a golf course. And we aren't golfers. Nonetheless, we had a great time. The hotel is brand new. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff is professionally trained, helpful and friendly. Pro-tip #1: ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with a mountain / golf course view (see photo). We booked an ocean view room only to check in and find that the hotel is located on a busy, noisy street. Full marks to the hotel for accommodating our request to move rooms without a fuss. Pro-tip #2: Take some extra money. I was surprised to learn I would be paying a daily "resort fee". It covered multiple "free" services, few of which we could avail ourselves of, being out and about each day. It felt like a cash grab but a minor annoyance at best. Bottom line: we would be happy to stay at the resort again on a future visit to Campbell River.

Fantastic Stay – I’ll Be Back! Great place – very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The sauna, pool, and hot tub were excellent additions, and having drinks served while soaking in the hot tub was the perfect touch. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the surrounding beauty made the stay even more relaxing. Only downside: I forgot my toothpaste and the front desk couldn’t help with that. Not a big deal, just a small hiccup. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our overnight stay and the staff was very kind, cheerful and attentive. Rooms are lovely, clean, quiet and well thought out. The pool area is conducive to either sitting indoors or around the patio. The landscaping is top notch and we look forward to coming back in a year to see how all the plants are thriving. One comment, a couple more EV chargers would be awesome.
