Had to get some items dry cleaned and the front desk was awesome about it. The breakfast was very good too with lots of options!

Staff engagement/service are at International 5-star levels. Breakfast choice/range/service excellent. Minor disappointment is smaller rooftop pool is 30-40cm deep so really there for show but that's a property design restriction. Overall an excellent team and a very well run hotel. IHG would do well to send this property management team elsewhere in the group to improve other management teams (Intercontinental Forshan, Doha, ANA Tokyo to name a few!)

Really enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the building. The room was very spacious and comfortable to match with the wonderful rooftop pool with a really nice view. Valet was such a perfect touch for a location in the center of the city. Our car was ready every single time we requested for it. Staff members were all very polite and helpful. I would stay here or at a Melia hotel again.

We had a problem with air conditioning which management dealt with for us, rooms were lovely and very central for getting about Malaga. Would definitely use this company again.
