Super close to train station, near shops etc ANA was amazing! Great staff, she made my birthday trip special. Would definitely book this again.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of seven enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access

The property is very well located, and the building is well kept. However the staff aside from the people working at the front door, and the bell boys were disinterested and unhelpful.. We had to request three times to have body lotion supplied to the pump beside the bathroom sink, twice to have a box of Kleenex, put into the Kleenex box holder, had to call to the front desk at one point to have our room cleaned at 5 PM since it hadn’t been cleaned at all that day. The rooftop Terrace has a beautiful view however, the best seats aren’t kept for guest of the hotel. People are coming in off the street and using it as a place to take selfies so when we as hotel guest went to use it, there were no tables and we had to wait for about an hour for a table.
