Excellent minimalist hotel. We were quite surprised and pleased with the Arts hotel as it was clean and centrally located in downtown Charlottetown. Not too many amenities but we did make use of the very clean laundry facility to do a load of laundry during a two week east coast road trip. Staff was very helpful and kind. Parking is the only small concern as there is no on site parking however, street parking is available and free over the weekend. EV charging (AC) is also available at the end of the street using FLO. We were on the 4th floor on a Friday and Saturday night and were spared the noise from the nightclub downstairs, however music could clearly be heard on the second floor and throughout the stairwell well after 2 AM.

The front desk staff were amazing, kind and helpful, it was a quiet and relaxing room. Excellent!

Great stay!

Upon arriving you walk into a very strong incense smell throughout the space and persisted throughout our stay. Guests who are sensitive to scents may find this uncomfortable as I did. Also, they require you to use the slippers provided (which I found to be unhygienic). The photos show they have laundry but they don’t. The space was clean enough but some areas could be improved (e.g., bathroom mat was very dirty as well as the area around the mat and base of the tub).
