The room should have been cleaner. The breakfast was quite plain no hot options were available. The internet upload speed was very poor what should have taken 20 minutes took over 2 hours - rate test performed online came back as very poor/slow

Azra was the Best customer service but the hotel is extremely dirty, breakfast terrible

It is 2 storey motel kind but renovations done.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, as was temperature. No elevator or ramp for luggage so we had to bump our luggage up and down the stairs, but area was quiet, staff was friendly and room was clean. There is a breakfast but we missed it because we slept late.

I spent a week in Moncton and this was the perfect location for the event I attended at Avenir centre. It’s less than a 5min walk away. Also walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, lots of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped enough to prepare some simple meals. The snacks and drinks provided were very appreciated as well. As others have mentioned, the couch is pretty uncomfortable. The porch light also stays on all night and can be pretty bright, so consider an eye mask. Neither of these things would prevent me from staying here again though. I actually appreciated that the area was well lit. The enclosed patio is super cute and I spent a few evenings sitting outside enjoying the weather. I like that the patio has a gate that locks, too. Self check in was simple, though I did have to google how to lock the front door as that wasn’t immediately obvious to me. Overall, very good and I would recommend it.
