The Breakfast was unappealing and there was no water in the juice dispenser. I told a staff person who didn't offer to help or seem to care. I had to change rooms because the soap shelf fell off in the bathtub. It was freshly plastered, but not well. The bathtub bottom was peeling and wheen i asked for my trash to be emptied on the second day, no one came even though i made a request at the front desk. The pool heater was not working properly and the pool was cold. There were never any towels at the pool either, and they had to be asked for at the front desk. The front desk staff was friendly.

The room when I arrived was at 50° air-conditioning it was absolutely freezing. Woke up in the morning taking a shower with no shampoo in a bottle totally empty very disappointed.

The AC unit would not stay cool consistently and it was incredibly loud. The room was not as clean as it should be. I found several hairs in the beds and shower and bathroom counter. Just gross.

Our first room had a leak under the sink and Sandra at the front office moved us immediately to another room. No arguments, just quickly jumped in and solved the problem. Young lady who did the morning food service was very friendly and kept everything fresh and clean.
