The room was nice but parking was not convenient and the staff was not friendly or helpful then they kept my deposit and charged extra when cc from hotels.com didn’t work with notifying me there was a problem. We will not stay here agan

This was a nice hotel. Close to the ballpark which was nice. I wish the staff told you about paying to park. The signs are small and very easy to miss. Not a big deal to pay just wish the staff would say something.
