Perfect stay. Charming, comfortable, excellent service, walkable and two minutes from the best coffee shop in BC. Three minute walk to Baker Street. I’d stay here again and again.

Lovely Inn in a Fabulous Town

The Cloudside Hotel check-in process was a breeze, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the back deck patio. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs! We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous bouquet hotel just off the main street in downtown Nelson. A lot of character and charm. We loved staying here. It felt more like a home than a hotel. Staff were super friendly, and the room was well stocked. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
