Very nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We were on the 2nd floor and it seemed to be a party below us on the ground floor outside being very loud at midnight keeping me awake when I had to get up early to travel again. There seemed to be nobody on this property working to notice these things and when I called to complain I got another location and it took a while to deal with.

We arrived late and thankfully only had one night at this hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, but the room was not up to acceptable cleaning standards. The bed skirts had dust on them, signifying that they had not been washed in some time. The bathtub had so much scum and film on it, we refused to shower there. Finally, the smell of the room was of body odour. We slept on top of the blankets and I barely slept, because I felt like my skin was crawling. I could not wait to get out of that room and we checked out super early the next morning.

Great Motel in Trail

Rooms were clean and good sized, staff were very friendly! Outdoor pool was nice especially on hot summer days. Great place to stay in Trail!

Stay was good. Managers were accomodating. Rooms are very stuffy in the warmer weather as you can't open any windows. The air conditioner doesn't keep up.

The only thing I didn't like was. The fact that I was charged by Expedia for the money that it cost at the hotel when the hotel charged me the money as well and I require a refund from my Expedia, which I need to get through my bank and I'm having trouble getting that through my bank and I have no. Proof of refund coming in because the guy said oh. It'll be printed out when you get the refund. But I didn't get a refund so I didn't get proof of it. So thanks a lot and I know out a $153 for. I'm using Expedia up to a point and when I didn't know I was using them. And I stated Glenwood motel anyway, and they charged me the full amount as well. So thank you very much, but I won't be using Expedia.ca any longer, so the way I see it either Expedia gives me my $153 back or I will never use your site again. I'll use someone else's and that probably doesn't mean f all to you, but whatever that's that and that's where I stand so either. I get a Marie underfunded. Or I don't. That's up to you guys but. I'll keep the giving bad reviews on Yelp Reddit.Whatever websites I can get on to and constantly give a bad review on Expedia.And I'll make sure you personally that you only get people hating you and not using you for hotel booking and I can do it.Don't test me. Cheers have a good day!
