The girl at the front desk was quite rude and snobbish towards me. The guy in front of me was able to secure free breakfast and a room upgrade after a fancy conversation with her . Now I wasn’t looking forward for anything free and made a joke with her about my free breakfast only to get a very rude response. Secondly we asked for third set of towels as the room was booked for 3 of us and same receptionist didn’t send it up until we had we called late the night. The room was dirty on chek in as it was not cleaned properly and had to be cleaned again which was promptly facilities by the supervisor and not the rude receptionist. I’m very disappointed by the service met out to me by Prestige Inn and will not be staying nor recommending here in the future.

This property was conveniently located. The building is a bit run down, the AC is very loud and the parking was cramped. Not enough spots and the parking spaces weren’t wide enough. For the price we probably wouldn’t stay here again although we did appreciate being across the street from the park and walkway

The hotel is nice comfortable. It does lie on a train route At three am the train goes by. They offer free ear plugs. We didn't take them. Didn't need them. Train blew it's hirn three short peeps. Our air-conditioning kicked in so we didn't hear the train after that.

Great property location, we got a room with balcony overlooking the water. There’s a lovely park to walk through next door. Even though we were warned about train noise, we did not hear either train come through.
