Definitely do not stay here if other options are available. Our room upon check-in had stained sheets, black mould in the drastically undersized AC unit, peeling paint on ceiling, splash stains on walls, and one set of ear plugs for 4 people to share inorder to block the soundpf the freight train which passes 10 meters from the property, 3 to 4 times a day, every day and night.

The location of this hotel is what i really liked. Waking up with the view of the lake is refreshing. It was also closed to shopping centres! Our room was clean.The carpet was a little old which is my only complain but maybe some will not be bothered by it.

It was a good location. Clean. Nice walk, city park and beach nearby. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the train horn went off early. No sleep was had.

The room appeared to have some unpleasant stench. Nevertheless, we were too tired to argue and just went for a walk and tried to air the room. In the end we slept OK. The train track nearby did not have train coming through the night we slept there. I understand it can get very loud, so they provided us with ear plugs in our room.

Only complaint was the weak AC unit

Not too much to complain about the hotel except for the AC (window style) didn't work well enough to keep the unit cool so we slept pretty bad. Aside from that, we would have rated it higher.
