Close to downtown. This hotel is situated right beside the train tracks. The train comes twice a day, once in the evening and once early morning at 5am. It’s near a crossing so the conductor will blast the train horn. Also, the basic rooms do not come with air conditioning and the rooms are very hot.c

Ok but Overpriced
Middle of the pack hotel that was overpriced and therefore not good value. No wonder tourism is down this year in BC interior. Be warned, train in back yard at 5 am both days.
