Our hotels.com reservation did not populate on the hotel’s system until after about 2 hours after our arrival. We gave up waiting & booked at the hotel. Luckily the hotel cancelled their reservation later & used our hotels.com reservation. It was a hassle. There is no number to call at hotels.com. The virtual assistant was not helpful.

The check-in clerk gave us confusing directions to the room, parking, and elevator.I booked two nights separately and explained to the clerk that we wanted to stay in the same room for both nights. He said that was fine and that he would make the necessary changes. The next morning, I found out that this was not done.I had rto go back to the hotel to re check in for the second night. Very inconvenient. Then there was confusion about our payment, which was done on check in. Key cards for the door had to be changed 3 times before they worked properly. Check out was even more confusing, as the staff explaind there were errors with their system. Not encouraging to go back. Towels were dirty with big obvious stains.

Air conditioning did not work in our room and, while staff did their best accommodating our request for a fan and offering to change rooms, it was late at night already and my child was in bed. The fact that it wasn’t working at all demonstrates the condition of property. A little rundown. But pool was nice and breakfast was good

Couldnt use the hotub as it was dirty with everybodies body oils. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk saying thats very discusting. You should shut it down for health reasons she never did. I mentioned you should have everyone shower before entering. The pool or hotub. When you have dead skin, body oils deordarnt,& perfume that all leaves a dirty greasy oil on the water. Was not impressed

Quite nice hotel except the cheap, super noisy room air conditioners ruin it. Way too loud to sleep without good earplugs. And, with all the room air conditioners backing/blowing hot air into the atrium (where the pool is), that atrium is stifling hot!
