We love that there was a indoor pool that we could go swimming in and it was warm even though it was freezing cold outside, and there's also a beautiful hot tub and an enclosed area.

Didnt like hot tub closed at 9:30 due to shift workers. Put them on the outside rather than whete atrium is then so other guests can enjoy amenities. I had to get 3 sets of key cards as my room would not let me in. Otherwise ok place for price.

Decent for a short stay
Hotel is old, but functional. Front desk staff was very good. Rooms - mattress was good, pillows not so much. TV was quite bad - small, not hi-def, minimal channels. The bathroom was fine. Coffee maker and amenities were good.

This hotel is older, but well kept & very clean. There is so much parking & an additional side entrance that is convenient if your room is closer to the back of the hotel.

The exercise room had 3 pieces of equipment. One was missing a piece so it couldnt be used unless you were 6'4". Another piece didn't work. Also the hot tub didn't work. They shouldnt advertise as having these facilities.

Rooms are mediocre. Pet rooms can use an air freshener. Beds need an upgrade as they sag. Not the same quality as we are used to with other sandmans we have stayed in. When we let the front desk know about the smell and the sagging bed he completley ignored it.

The property is not well maintained. The grounds look horrible and the outside of the hotel was not updated. The hot tub was not open. . Our shower in room 154 was not working going from hot to cold in each shower. The overall hotel building needs immediate repairs and updates. Not a pleasant experience.
