Very attentive personnel.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Had to wait two and a half hours for room to be ready, and the safe didn’t work , not worth the 400 euros a day .

Casa de Triana is an amazing place to stay! Rooms were clean, cool, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Breakfast in the morning was over the top, meats/cheeses, fresh fruit bowl on table, croissants, fresh juice, we looked forward to it every morning. Paula answered all my questions and check in and out was a breeze. Location was superb, we walked over the bridge every day to explore this beautiful town. I would definitely book here again and thank you Paula for being so kind with all our questions and concerns. What a vacation : ) Grateful and blessed!
