Really enjoyable stay, staff were very welcoming and helpful and facilities were perfect for our stay.

Amazing central location! Very central, no breakfast but surrounded by cheap nice bakeries. Very friendly staff, good AC and shower. Big 4 bedded room with our teenagers worked well. Comfy beds and clean linen, 24 hrs access very handy! All hostel amenities like kitchen, lounge, washing machine etc but we had private bathroom and didn't really use anything else.

We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. We would highly recommend this property, it’s very central and in a lovely location. The balcony view is amazing!!! We would like to day thank you to all the staff, they’ve very responsive to our queries and requests. We hope to come back and stay again :-)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was down to the brilliant staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention must go to the doorman, particularly the smaller gentleman, who was always so pleasant and helpful. His warm welcome and friendly manner really stood out and made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. The bellboy (tall young man)was equally fantastic — professional, courteous, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The reception guy was also excellent, handling everything with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome when we booked in. I would also like to praise the housekeeping team. They did a wonderful job . Overall, the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Brilliant service from a brilliant team — thank you all!
