I'd especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception who helped me during my stay. I was going to arrive back at the hotel late at night, so I asked him if the area was safe. He kindly reassured me that it was generally safe and told me that if I needed any help or felt uncomfortable for any reason, he would be at the reception and would be happy to assist. He also gave me a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful gesture. His kindness and professionalism genuinely made my stay more enjoyable, and I really appreciate how welcoming he was. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The building is a little old, but it was clean and well maintained. The location isn't right in the city centre, but it's easy to get around by bus, so it wasn't a problem.

L'hôtel est bien situé, les transports en communs sont proches et l'épicerie est à 100 m très pratique ! Cependant l'air climatisé est déficiente, parfois on peut l'utilisé d'autre fois non

Clean room, Very helpful staff. They helped me to get a taxi for 5 AM.

I had unpleasant interactions with whoever manned the service desk before I got to to Turin to ask about train station shuttles, the receptionist cut me off multiple times. However, my in person stay was very pleasant, staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the restaurant is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the porto nuova train station. There weren’t that many options at breakfast especially those living with food allergies

This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!) The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône. This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel with the nicest shower I have ever used. Not centrally located but easy enough to get to major sites in Milan.
