I was supposed to have the pyramid and got assigned the tower. No one at the front desk could help me as everything was a kiosk transaction. If you wanted a fridge you have to pay a daily fee. I have never encountered that anywhere. The body wash smelled horrible and I had to bring my own shampoo and conditioner. Basic room could use updating. Marijuana smell came through vents and I couldn't get a hold of anyone downstairs. When I got extra towels delivered, the custodian said there is no way to find out who it could be. Comes through the vents.Everything in the shops is over priced, including Starbucks. I paid $34 for a chicken wrap, bottle of water, chips, and fruit at the small snack shop. I had to go to the gym to fill my water bottle. We ended up buying gallons at CVS. It seems like a good deal but you get what you pay for. Housekeeping staff was nice. The skin care shops are way too pushy. No restaurants to sut and have breakfast. I like the connected shop walk to Mandalay.

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The area was convenient for the purpose of our trip to Miami. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to good restaurants. Having the availability of parking was also convenient.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
