I was not aware of any upgrade. They left a small bottle of wine. Was that it? There were some minor issues with the plumbing. The toilet didn't always flush properly. Also, when any other guests flushed their toilets, we heard it loud and clear. Shower water pressure was low. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was expensive but worked well.

This was a cute boutique hotel in a very good walkable area close to everything! The cookies they put in the lobby every afternoon were delicious, loved the happy hour wine and cheese s. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay!

Thought I was the only one on my floor, for a moment, exceptionally quiet, which was a plus, because my mainstay was to rest..Concierge was helpful in letting me know I was safe, as a single traveler, staying in their other building

In general I would say this property is ok, convenient location, clean and most of the staff were very nice. We needed to make use of a sofa bed as there were 4 of us and only one bed. We had to find the sheets and make up the bed ourselves at 10 pm. We only found 1 pillow in the closet and had to borrow one from upstairs. Hardly a vip treatment!

This was a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was large and comfortable with southern charm. The complimentary breakfast each morning and wine & cheese reception each afternoon were delicious. The inn was located very centrally to many local sites which made our days very walkable.

The sleeper sofa in the second floor Junior Sweet was not comfortable and in the bathroom, the toilet roll hold is so close to the toilet, one's thighs touch it. So the bathroom is very very crowded. The room felt dark even with the one window to the outside. The widow to the lobby let the lobby light in, even though it was covered. The room seemed more crowded and shabby than I expected for the price. A relative stayed on the fourth floor in a King and her bathroom was more spacious and the floor space felt bigger and brighter. I would say it was average, but I will not be staying there again.
