King Suite w/Sofabed
Cons: Room condition was not as pictured or described and underwhelming. "Sofabed" was twin sized with a coil mattress that was extremely uncomfortable and ultimately we were unable to utilize it. Only extra sheets were provided and not the correct size. Furniture was stained and dirty. Pros: Staff was friendly. Great location. Lobby area was nice. King bed was very comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Overall the king suite with sofabed did not meet our needs or expectations. I would not recommend this specific room option.

The room had a retractable blind that was controlled by remote - it did not work but then the blinds randomly would open and close on their own - it was freaking us out . The adjacent door did not lock so anyone on the other room could have entered room 336

At check in was given a room that was already occupied. Went back to desk and got upgraded the new room had no hot water. We complained. It got fixed for one day then no hot water again

Back entry door by our room was out of order. Heat didn't work in the room woke up freezing. Pool closed for season and no hot tub. Coffee was always out in the lobby. The location was nice and close to downtown and the hotel overall was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Rating is poor due to the fact we didn't have heat during a very cold night and the broken entry door.
