Courtesy Shuttle was great for getting to downtown Charleston. Had a problem with shower/faucet leak. Manager Robert was quick to address the issue, mentioned we were celebrating anniversary. Upon return to our room had a complimentary bottle of champagne. All the staff were really nice as well.

Everything was good except for the air conditioner was very noisy at the point it woke us up a few times and the TV had spots in it that couldn't see very clear. The location was perfect and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The waterfront location is breathtaking. Beautiful pool right on the water. Lots of seating available on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. The room was pristine. We had dinner and dessert in the Bistro and the food was exceptional. We didn’t expect it to be so good — you order at the counter and they bring your food to you — but it was sooo good. Staff was exceptional. Attentive, funny, warm. This is an overall gem. We would stay there again. Also — has a free shuttle to historic Charleston

It was quite far to walk back and forth to the College of Charleston but they didn’t have a shuttle which was helpful.

The property was conveniently located. The room I stayed in was poorly maintained. ( rust around tub area, broken shower rod, broken and cracked funiture,) The outside cushions on the chairs in the common area were worn and some stained.
