The staff were very helpful and so friendly! The room was clean the bed was so comfortable and had a hugh TV!! Was a wonderful place to stay would highly recommend and I will be back on my next solo trip thank you so much for a great experience!!

One word honesty I was lead to believe that my card would not be charged until my arrival and checked in not true there was a hold placed on my card 1st falsehood before arriving, 2nd falsehood 100.00 hold for the room it self,3rd falsehood no receipt at check out no final bill just told I'm good everything is good, for WHO not ME I don't have a finalized hotel receipt telling me exactly what I have been charged for this is totally unacceptable I will have to go to my financial institution as to what I am being charged for I will not use this service in the future nor will I recommend it as for the hotel itself the pictures are impressive but the actual location is nowhere near the pictures on the site such a shame it really is unfair to a consumer.

Great location but not for downtown, but there is regular shopping and eating all around. Property is clean and the creek side is beautiful! Most importantly, the staff is fabulous.
