The customer care at The French Quarter Inn was excellent. All of the staff experiences we had made us feel personally welcomed and cared about. I've had many excellent stay experiences while travelling but our stay at The French Quarter Inn was excellent, warm and lovely

Expectations Exceeded by a Mile!
I can't remember having a better experience at a property! The FQI was exceptional from the start... They greeted me warmly as an Expedia VIP member and explained that my complimentary wine was waiting in our room. They also shared that they have a complimentary wine and cheese hour at 5pm and cookies & milk before bed. The complimentary breakfast was also exceptional! Not only was there a variety, and it changes across the days of our stay, but it had many great healthy protein options for my health-conscious travel companion. We also participated in a Christmas wreath-making activity the hotel had available, which was truly the highlight of our trip. Honestly we didn't leave the property much at all, because it was just so cozy and festive. Some exceptional team members we interacted with were Solomon and Toby. I wish I remembered more names because everyone was just so phenomenal! We have already decided this will be an annual trip for us. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved this hotel. When you first walk in your room there is classical music playing and the smell of the room is absolutely heavenly. It is very well furnished and appointed and we could not have asked for more. This is honestly one of my favorite hotels

Gracious Stay in Charleston
Gracious, lovely hotel with excellent amenities, warm and responsive staff, and in a perfect location for getting around Charleston. We loved having breakfast each morning, followed by wine and snacks in the evening, and freshly baked cookies before bed. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, fruit, and candy available all day. Sitting by the fireplace in the lobby sipping wine and reading a book. Just perfect.

Small, boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Charleston's food and shopping district. The staff at the French Quarter Inn were exceptional - from the valets to the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff. All were friendly and went out of their way to ensure your stay was comfortable and relaxing. The evening wine and cheese was a delight, as was the exceptional breakfast array. We were literally a 4-6 minute walk from fantastic dining options, and the City Market was right around the corner. King street shopping was another 4-6 minutes away. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I love the quiet, serene location and views!

This hotel has world class old school charm. The personal touch matters. The room was spacious, the staff attentive, the amenities were great - free breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, cookies and milk at night. So delightful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for charm.
