What a beautiful hidden gem! So conveniently located to King St and all the amenities that has to offer. It was such a luxury to have our breakfast delivered to our rooms. Very quiet inn with large rooms and comfy beds. Excited to stay here again soon.

The location is perfect for a short stay in Charleston because we are right in the historic district. The parking is convenient. It is $17 a day, already the cheapest among hotels in this area. It is a 3-star hotel and hence we did not expect high end furniture or interior decor. But the room has all the essentials.
The only downside is that there is some intermittent machine noise. It might be from the elevator, or perhaps from the central air conditioning.
The Wi-Fi does not work in our room. But we just used cell phone data and did not bother to ask the staff for a fix. I hope it is easy to fix for guests who need Wi-Fi.
It was so beautiful and amazing location. Bed was springy, wife loved it me, not so much. But atmosphere was wonderful. Ask for a ( BOX FAN) no problem was at my room when we returned from site seeing. Also the breakfast brought to your room in the morning was an amazing touch. Kinda felt like a cruise room service. Over all an A+
Would like to recommend possibly adding a vending machine or an after hours lobby drinks like a snack or bottles of water or soft drinks.

We absolutely love Fulton line hotel. Exceptional clean, friendly people, breakfast in room . Hotel has charm of boutique hotel with caracter . We highly recommend Fulton inn .
This was first visit and we would definitely stay again! Very convenient to King Street and Market Street for dining and shopping. Spacious and comfortable room. Updated bathroom although a little small. My only complaint is that we were t able to leave the AC gain running or turn it below 69 and there was no ceiling fan. We were ok because it is winter but no way that would work for us in the hot spring and summer in Charleston.
We had a lovely experience at Fulton Lane and would highly recommend! It was a quaint, historic hotel with modern amenities. Complimentary breakfast delivered to our room, an evening wine and cheese event, and comfortable, clean accommodations. Best part, it was located on King Street! So convenient. We will definitely return when back in Charleston.
Pros: On king street where all the shops are, center in every direction for a tourist to go do something or walk somewhere. Staff was nice and pleasant. Area seemed safe.
Cons: My bar soap for washing hands was already opened; possibly from the last guest and never thrown out. Second floor smelled “old” but that’s kind of expected being a historic place. “Free breakfast” was nice to have as amenity but it was very limited, just brought to your room in the morning; no “hot” foods. I’m thinking they don’t have a kitchen. Water in shower took a while to get hot. Several ways out, only one way into the building. After certain time, they also lock the lobby for safety and if you come to the door after it’s locked, they have to come open it and I felt bad each time they had to come open. Front entrance at the side so you think you’re at the wrong building.
Nothing terrible about Fulton but I think I just like more amenities that you’d normally get with a regular hotel.
Our stay at The Fulton Lane Inn was amazing. The personalized service was incredible. The rooms are gorgeous. Ours had a fireplace! We had a wonderful time at the wine and cheese party. Every time we walked back into the inn we felt like we were coming home!
I have already, and will continue to, highly recommend the Fulton Lane Inn. We found the staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. Our room was a delight. The entire hotel appears to have recently been renovated. I loved the tiny lane entrance tucked in off of King Street. It was only a short walk to the river area and the City Market. My only concern was that road closures prevented me from initially finding my way into the Inn parking, however the Inn staff provided me with excellent instructions to find a "hidden back" way in. It is not the Inn's fault for the road closures.
Excellent location. Authentic rooms, kept very clean. Very nice continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Parking is convenient and staff are all friendly. The old style beds are charming, and require steps to access them so may not be suitable for everyone.
