Location was perfect! Right across from visitor center so if you plan on taking tours most of the buses pick you up there. You can take the free Carta bus down to historic district or just walk if you like. (About 25min. walk) Also, right next to King Street. Great shopping and restaurants!!!

This is a fine somewhat older hotel. The staff were extremely nice. Free breakfast was good. Room was spacious. It's a nice part of town and close to restaurants and stores.

This is the second stretch we've spent here. The location is outstanding. The staff is consistently professional and polite. I'd like to see a refresh of the dated gym and guest rooms, but I know that comes with a cost. All in all, we will continue to stay here for the reasons above.

I liked the FREE Carta/Dash busline service! very convenient and located right across the street from the hotel at the Visitors Center. Convenient maps showing a variety of places of interest and their stops. LOTS to do, great places to eat $ to $$$$. Friendly staff, good free breakfast buffet. Also liked the minifridge and microwave. What i didnt like- the lumpy unsupportive pillows, and the TV. Few channels and the HBO channels seemed to be showing something else?! The bathroom mirror needs replaced, it was in poor condition. Also there was some kind of batting/material hanging, ripped from the bottom of the bed. A little updating would help. All in all i would certainly stay there again, great location!

The cleaning people were very considerate. The front desk people were very disappointing. I tried to call the front desk multiple times on Saturday evening and it was always busy like the receiver was taken off the hook. Very rude when I tried to ask for a later checkout Sunday morning. Shower curtain ripped, and there were small holes in the ceiling.

The property was clean, staff were VERY accommodating & helpful, breakfast each morning was great! The parking garage being on-site was good. We were close to buses & were in an area that made it easy to walk everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.
