No soap in attached dispensers, room not cleaned well, there were long hairs on floor in bathroom, dirty carpet, could hear full conversation of room beside us, people were loud in halls, someone was drilling after 9:30 pm we could hear over the tv. Had to move rooms since outside door wouldn’t lock. Hard to get in & out of hotel with traffic

Very cut back and quiet, saw a string ray by the boat docks, was really cool, seen dolphins from the balcony, staff very friendly and helpful, very quick on fixing our room move, will revisit again

I chose the hotel for a water view room with a balcony and the roof top bar. Did not get a balcony and the roof top bar was not very impressive. Room was mediocre at best. Not what I expected for the price. Also had to drive to get to any destinations.

The only issue was the room 139 was right next to the open/bar area and on my stay on Saturday it was loud into the late night. The charges were more than what I agreed to in Expedia but I expect it to be corrected.
