The only issue was the room 139 was right next to the open/bar area and on my stay on Saturday it was loud into the late night. The charges were more than what I agreed to in Expedia but I expect it to be corrected.

Our AC wasn’t working in our room and it was very warm. We could not be moved to the same room level, and all that was offered was downgrading to 2 queen beds instead of 2 queens a pullout coach.

Hotel was great and perfect location for downtown. Computers were down when arrived and took forever to check in. Fire alarms went off late at night and we had to stay outside the hotel in the pouring rain for almost 2 hours.

The location is incredible: right on the water for gorgeous views, and within walking distance of downtown/historic Charleston. The breakfast buffet was the best we've had at a hotel! And the staff was very nice about letting us use the omelet fixings for our scrambled eggs. The coffee was good too, and we are picky! The whole hotel is clean, light, and visually appealing. The only minor comment I would make is to jazz up the rooftop bar (another GREAT selling point for the hotel!), but I understand that will be taken care of in the upcoming renovation. Can't wait to see it next time we come visit from Massachusetts!
