Tremika Copeland, the operations manager, was amazing! She went out of her way to find us a room to exchange when we told her the first room’s bed was too soft for us. The room was cozy and clean with the best towels and sheets. The lobby was great with a pantry, bar, and dining area. Parking was easy and in a free garage attached to the hotel. I would stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice. The location isn't great for tourists. You have to drive or Uber everywhere. You can't even walk along the waterfront.

Disappointed former Hilton fan
Had a terrible room assignment. View of rooftop air conditioners/emergency generators, next to elevators, ice machine and housekeeping storeroom. Friends with us all had a marina view. When questioned, hotel said since I booked through a third party (hotels.com), I would need to pay a fee to upgrade to a better room. They were punishing me for not booking directly through them. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms but the TV's need to be updated. They have a nice pool area and a great rooftop space that is perfect for watching the sunset. The continental breakfast is very average so you might want to order off the menu. Staff at the front desk very friendly.

No soap in attached dispensers, room not cleaned well, there were long hairs on floor in bathroom, dirty carpet, could hear full conversation of room beside us, people were loud in halls, someone was drilling after 9:30 pm we could hear over the tv. Had to move rooms since outside door wouldn’t lock. Hard to get in & out of hotel with traffic

Very cut back and quiet, saw a string ray by the boat docks, was really cool, seen dolphins from the balcony, staff very friendly and helpful, very quick on fixing our room move, will revisit again
