Staff was excellent! Room was generally clean, but ours on the 9th floor is looking like it’s starting to need renovations soon. Overall though, our family had a great time, and the bus to downtown was a huge plus!

Our room was filthy the laminate floor was sticky and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month! I landed up taking a wash cloth and wiped the floor off the cloth was black! Upon checking out I brought to the attention of the front desk, they said this is the person you want to speak to, I explained that the floor was dirty and showed her pictures of the rag , she just looked at me like I had 2 heads. I told her that she needs to talk to the house keeping staff, again just glaring at me. I could see there was no point I was just wasting my breath! I travel often and I will never step foot into that Holiday Inn Riverveiw Charleston, South Carolina ever again!

Enjoyable and affordable

We had a very clean room with a really comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant on top floor, with wonderful water views. Staff was very helpful and we loved the shuttle into downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at the Holiday Inn Riverside

We stayed here for a short trip to Charleston in September. The hotel is conveniently located with a free shuttle. The rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit dated. The price was also quite reasonable given the prices of the other hotels in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
