listen to me. do not stay here. there were two limp, yellow pillows per bed and skid marks on the sheets. the plaster on the wall was cracking and falling off, there was dirt in every corner and along all the walls. the pool looked like a radioactive dumpster with all the construction material in it. everything smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. staff was pretty nice tho all things considered.

Very disappointed

Upon check-in, I entered my room to find the room filthy. Trash on the floor, cigarettes in the ashtray, towel on the floor, a bar of soap on the floor, and the bed wasnt made and the sheets were filthy. The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. He changed rooms for me. New room was cleaner however there are no towels in the room other than washcloths and hand towels. Though the bed was made and I can only assume the sheets are clean and just highly stained. The mattress is very uncomfortable and I could feel every spring.

This is the worst Motel I been booking. Everything is a rip off, I did not stay there because I did the booking by computer and after I could not change the day that my hosp changed. Nobody want to change the day that was the only thing I needed

The rooms were dirty and hair was left all around our room. there was also hair under the comforter and on the sheets. where the lights were located, had stains on them. we also walked in and there was a sticky stain on the floor where it had not been cleaned up. the staff was fantastic and treated us right. however, expedia would not refund the room after staff advised us to call expedia so they could call where we were staying and help refund us for the inconvenience and nastiness of the room. i called the expedia help number and after explaining the situation, the lady said there was nothing expedia could do and then hung up on me mid question.
