The staff accommodated all of our needs quickly and very good quality. Wrum was excellent. I wish the Wi-Fi was better just so that the TV reception in the room was not as splotchy. Overall, super experience.

A fantastic location with shops and restaurants, extremely walkable. This historic building is a legacy. I wish there were a gym in the building and perhaps a business office with good wifi, for those who want to work out and do business.

We recently stayed at this charming hotel in downtown Charleston and was impressed by its prime location, perfect for exploring the city’s historic charm. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. However, my experience was tainted by a strong, musty smell in the room that was quite overpowering. Unfortunately, the odor lingered on my clothes even after returning home, which was a significant downside. While the hotel has a lot going for it, addressing this issue would make a big difference for future guests.
