Love this quaint hotel near the Charleston market. My adult daughter and I shared a double queen room and found it very spacious and comfortable. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Shower and bathroom were large -double sink! The lobby serves a simple but delicious breakfast that changes daily. Highly recommended!

We booked a stay on a whim and were so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, large, and stocked with drinks and treats. Our girls also loved the complimentary lemonade near the elevators and the gummy flowers in the lobby. The hotel is situated in a great location. We have stayed in Charleston many times and have officially found our new “go to” hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Can I just live here?
We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Loutrel. From the moment we arrived, we noticed luxury in every corner. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had plenty of space, a great temperature range, and excellent water pressure—just what you need after a day of exploring. The complimentary mini bar was a delightful touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t forget to mention the incredible breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. Every staff member we encountered was nothing short of professional and incredibly pleasant, making us feel truly welcome. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Charleston. Unfortunately, the incoming storm forced us to cut our visit short, but we’re already planning another trip to CHS and will most definitely be staying at The Loutrel to fully experience everything this fantastic hotel has to offer.
