The room with a large outdoor terrace was amazing. The property has many unique features of an old building with equestrian accents. We booked this for our wedding and it was so special!

Room was great, service at happy hour and front desk was fabulous. The restaurant on the rooftop, which has a great view, was chaos and not run very well. We probably would not re visit even if we stay there again.

The property and stay was fabulous. It was very clean, easy location to downtown and everything was walkable. The staff were all kind and courteous. Little baskets in the morning were cute. Only drawback was that there is a ton of foot traffic for the Watch restaurant, and there are so many visitors for the restaurant we often had to wait to get to our room and we had to go off property for drinks. It was impossible to just chill at the hotel and get drinks or a coffee.

It was a really nice experience. The studio room was absolutely beautiful but it needed a little extra care. The air vent cover was rusty and extremely dirty and the shower, although the decorative concept was nice, had some mildew stains. Other than those two issues, the stay was a very nice experience. The customer service was top notch and the pool was absolutely beautiful.

My new go-to hotel for Charleston. Loved the suite - it was spacious with separate bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop restaurant. Great location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, Charleston Market and other tourist sites.Target is a 5min walk if you forget any toiletries. Pricey, but well worth it!!

We loved our anniversary trip to Kings Street. The Restoration was in the perfect spot. Although we are somewhat local to the area, being within walking distance to everything was very nice, but we could still stay at the hotel for quiet privacy from the public. Very nice stay with very nice staff.
