Motel Bear Lake
What an adorable property. The newish owners really did a great job fixing this place up for as old as it is. It was a short stay, but I’d stay there again for sure based on the one night.

Econo Lodge Manistee
The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast bar included scrambled eggs and sausage links in addition to waffles, bagels, and cereal, but they were not all that tasteful. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. The stay was great but I would suggest planning to get breakfast elsewhere.

Betsie Riverside Resort
Very clean, quiet place to stay. Unfortunately they do not accept pets and are very much a non friendly dog place, even a puppy in a crate. Check out time was posted to be at 11 AM but they were hustling us and felt kind of intimidating to leave at 10AM
