Lovely staff, amazing room, excellent evening and superb breakfast. Almost can’t fault it. Sadly the person upstairs decided to get their 10,000 steps in before 7.00am. No idea how you can walk and bang around in a single room so much. Being an old building we heard every step. Not the hotels fault ...

The Riverside at Aymestrey
The Riverside is in a gorgeous location and we had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the cosy bar area and drinks by the fire followed by an exceptionally fine dinner. And breakfast too was top notch. All the staff were kind and helpful and absolutely recommend coming here.

Dragon Inn Crickhowell
Room was spotless and soooo comfortable- loads of room - staff very friendly. Dragon inn is very dog friendly (which is a big bonus) - food is lovely and a lovely atmosphere. Best place stayed in in Wales to be fair !
