They were in the middle of doing construction. Breakfast was so so. Burnt sausage, no hot food at first. Cereal machine was old and stuck shut.

This one has some mileage on it, but very clean, friendly owners. It does have thin walls neighbor noise was definitely an issue. Ask for a top floor room if you can.
