The hotel is very old and has had an upgrade. The views of the lake are beautiful. The hotel is outside of Watkins Glen on the highway. Sadly our television did not work when we arrived and could not be fixed. We were given the option of changing rooms and then found out the room had not been serviced. ...

Everything was clean. If there was any complaint it’s that you need to offer dark roast, full bodied coffee. Light roast just doesn’t get it. But that’s just me!! The stay was enjoyable.

Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel
We stayed for two nights to enjoy the wine trail and antique shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were both good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
