Parking was secure but not spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was was clean but not as secure as I expected as door lock was not very good.

Puerto Azul Hotel
Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return.

Location is great but the rooms are very outdated. Couldn’t get the shower to work but we only stayed one night, so it served its purpose.

Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.

Staff was helpful. Building is showing age but amenities seem to be good. They are trying to take care of the property. Buffet was good and being all inclusive you don't have to worry about anything
