The staff is the Only decent ammenity on the property. Hard to get to at night, no luggage trolley, heater/air conditioner is Noisey and crumbs in the bed. Shower control trim ring missing and I had to get out of bed to turn off the power to the tv to get it shut off as the remote didn't shut it ...
