Taxi took me to the lower street address indicated in reservation but access is on 2 higher levels. Not clear instructions on reservation on how to arrive to the main hotel entrance.

The hotel is in northern part of the city, bit far from the main tourist attractions like palaces. It’s relatively clean but the room looks unfinished. It lacks tables and some convenient utilities, not very comfortable.

Clean bathrooms and communal spaces, very friendly staff. My locker opened into a desk so it wasn't easy to use, but others didn't seem to have that problem. Very close to public transit and the Chamartin train station

Hostel Sofía
You get what you pay for. Shared rooms with smell and noise. Long bathroom lines in bad conditions (poor water pressure, dirtiness…). Good thing was lockers and store rooms for luggage.
