We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.

The location was perfect and the staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. Amazing value for money compared with other upscale options in Cuzco.

Very clean room and comfortable bed, with warm blankets and extra comfy pillows. The staffs are friendly and helpful

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The floor however hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Check in was a bit slow but check out was quick and the bellhop was very helpful getting our luggage out to the car. Complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby always had hot tea and coffee available.
