We booked a two-night family stay through Expedia and were disappointed by the confusion around the charges and our experience at the pool. I understood the $250 damage deposit, but there was an additional charge that wasn’t clear to me. A better explanation of payments and temporary holds would have been appreciated. The pool and waterslide were an important reason we chose this hotel. When we brought our family down to enjoy them, swimming lessons were taking place, which affected our experience. We hadn’t seen any notice about lessons on the Expedia listing. Clearer information about charges and scheduled pool activities before booking would help guests know what to expect.

What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.

This was an amazing place to stay! I highly recommend it. It was a unique experience and was so much fun!

We enjoyed our 2 night girls weekend away stay at the Malcolm! The staff, room, and hot tub were great.

We stayed at the property for 5 days recently, and overall we had an excellent stay, although this property is bit old, but the hotel was kept clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful, the studio room we stayed in had a kitchen, which was nice since we did some cooking there, like a little breakfast, and there is laundry on site, definitely a plus for longer stays Hotel also offered free bear sprays for guests, a very nice touch, we will definitely consider going back again if we decided to visit the banff/canmore area in the future.
