The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

This is an exceptional property and certainly one of the finest five star hotels in the entire Provence. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was amazing; and the dinner in the restaurant should not be missed.
