For an older hotel it is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. I booked the wrong dates and they were able to help me book the second night at a rate that would embarrass Expedia as it should. I will book directly in the future.

The staff was friendly, and the spacious, clean rooms were nice. The decorations for the class of 2025 and the candy table were delightful touches that the children especially enjoyed.

We arrived at 2:45 pm, 15 minutes before permitted check-in time and were told (nicely) that although the room was ready, we'd be charged $25 for early check-in. Wha???. It was not a big deal to wait but still... On the other hand when I experienced a medical emergency requiring a visit to a local eye doctor the next morning, the front desk gal offered us late check-out at 12:30 no charge.
