I knew it was a dive going in ... was just looking for a cheap room for one night .. the place was clean but it just needs to be updated ...the bed was hard and lumpy maybe the worst I have ever slept on ...will probably spend the extra money for a nicer place next time I visit Chico

The bathroom smell was unbearable. The smell was coming from (I think) the pipes and it made it a horrible experience when taking a shower. We had to keep the door shut the entire night just so it wouldn’t be so bad in the room.

Property is renovated but still a motel, for a 1 night stay it does its job. Bathroom toilet is somewhat peculiar, so close to the wall that you wonder who would be able to use a toilet like that. Overall it’s an ok property located in a great location.
