The Quality Inn offers a great value in downtown Chico. A family member was in Enloe Hospital, so I stayed a couple of time at The Quality Inn during the week. The rooms are updated but a little warn. But it was clean and comfortable. The location does offer several dining choices nearby. I enjoyed Jacks just two blocks down the street. My only ding on the property is that parking is tight - small spaces and a lot of large contractor trucks were the norm this week.

We reserved a room because it was close to the Cal State Chico campus. It was affordable and easy! Loved the free breakfast! The room was great for four people. Although some noise in the night, but overall our stay her was great! Definitely recommend.

The reviews have to be fake. This place is so disgusting with large roaches and bugs in the room to wallpaper peeling off the wall. Do not waste your money. We booked two rooms for one night out of town for work and it was a rip off.
