Property is renovated but still a motel, for a 1 night stay it does its job. Bathroom toilet is somewhat peculiar, so close to the wall that you wonder who would be able to use a toilet like that. Overall it’s an ok property located in a great location.

It is what it is for an Old Town buildings are run down they make the best of what they've got the staff is amazing the bed was wonderful the shower worked there was hot water the TV worked and the refrigerator works. The room did smell a little stale but nothing that a little bit of essential oil didn't fix.

Do not stay here. The room that my family and I stayed smelled heavily of smoke. My kids’ allergies and asthma flared up as a result. I asked to be moved or for the reservation to be cancelled but instead I was offered a partial refund for one of the two nights. This place needs to improve.

The room seemed fairly clean, but we found a dryer sheet under the blanket and some kind of bug in the bathroom. I was also disappointed by the "breakfast." The rule is only one pastry per guest and they were all out by the time we had breakfast at 9:50am, so all we got was a Capri-Sun and coffee. The staff seemed honest if a bit blunt.

The pool is not in service; kids were not happy. Nobody was at front desk to check the 3 customers waiting in line for quite some time. Room was not clean; hair on floor and in bathroom shower. I hope you like PBS because that’s the only channel available. Very loud at night; I got the impression some guests are living there.

Staff was very pushy about not damaging furniture or staining towels, even asked us to make it to the bathroom if we needed to vomit. Never had that spill checking into a hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush, air conditioner didn’t work. Killed two cockroaches in bathroom. Transients in parking lot. Booked a king bed, got two double beds.

Do not be fooled by the photos, they are photos apparently very old when everything was new, in poor condition the striped floors seemed to be dirty, smell in the room not pleasant, in the bathroom only they put a mini soap to bathe and wash your hands, it is not just a matter of cleaning but it is not what they show, the pool was out of service and not to mention the "breakfast" if it can be called that, for this price there are better places, better conditions and with a real breakfast, Do not be fooled seriously you find something better and even for less, seriously I am left with an ungood experience of this place.

Very, very dirty. I’m not sure if they have cleaned after the last 10 guests at least. Very loud. There were people constantly going in and out of their rooms next to us. Slamming the door, yelling and arguing most of the night. Will not be staying there again.

Room was disgusting - the floor was sticky, there were cobwebs, parts of the floor were coming up, mirror was dirty, walls had visible dirty marks, there was a leftover syringe cap on floor. When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross.
