My brand new expensive swimsuit disappeared from my room. I suspected staff took it with the towels. I complained to front desk staff who told me they couldn’t find it. I was not offered anything to compensate me for this. Also, the pool was freezing cold. I go to this hotel bc of the pool. I complained and they did warm it up but that took several days. Then on my last morning when I went to swim in the now comfortable pool, it was closed. Very disappointing.
