Chico Oxford Suites

Absolutely the very best hotel experience we have ever had! All of the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. Kaitlyn at the front desk was stand out pleasant and gracious! Room was beyond our expectations, very spacious, we had the king suite which included a separate area with a sofa hide-a-bed that had a pocket door separating the two rooms with 2 Flatscreen tv’s! We would highly recommend this hotel!

This motel exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, staff friendliness and the free breakfast (with an actual cook!). Our only complaint was how soft the beds were, which is a personal preference. Accommodations in Chico can be hit or miss; this one is a hit.

Staff was great. Food and drink was wonderful. Super clean. Now for the not good. Only 1 tv worked, mattress was painful, exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work. Walls were super thin. We could everything above us even the footsteps of them walking. Bad mattress and 3am arrivals above us left us with a couple painful sleepless nights.
