Room was decent but smelt heavily of cigarette smoke (we did ask for a non-smoking room, too). A/C unit didn't work very well. Everything was clean it was just an outdated, run down room that needs some TLC.

I always stay here when I visit my family in Chico, however my stay this time was not as good. The bathroom was dirty, bathtub was not clean, the shower curtain smelled really bad of body odor.

The room towels were white and you could see they were dirty with black marks. We had to go buy linens to use cause the ones in there were itchy. There was a bunch of ants outside of the room.

Where to start? From the bed springs poking my ribs, grey towels, water damaged laminate flooring so bad that the refrigerator door wouldn’t open, the crackhead next door making racket past 4 am, two chairs one rolling desk chair and no desk, and oh the cockroaches that scatter when the lights are turned on.
