Was not notified of them not having an infant crib available as requested . It stated in the listen they had them. I requested floors be cleaned as they were filthy , and they were not cleaned . Also asked for garbage bags and there was none left either . The room was very musty smelling . And service was not great.

The pool and hot tub area were nice. Very clean and the pool was very warm. The kids had a great time swimming. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast spread was sparse but sufficient.

An adventure

Needs an upgrade and some serious renovations. Did not feel comfortable walking in bare feet. Bedding was probably clean but stained. Smell of mould, looks like water damage could be the cause of that. Ironically had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

The property is quite old and beyond saving. This place should be torn down. A/C unit smelled of mold, bathroom was molding, the outside door didn’t seal properly and anything could have snuck in under the door. I went to find an outlet behind the bed and just stopped looking after seeing they never clean along the walls or baseboards, it was so gross. Could use some new beds as well. Sorry but this place should be passed by and find something just up the street.

Worst hotel stay ever!

When we arrived in the room the floors had crumbs and dirt all over them so they had not been vacuumed or mopped. One of the pictures on the wall was very crooked and partly burnt on the bottom of the frame. The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled. The walls were all dirty as well. The dresser was warped and the nightstand was broken. The tv did not work so we were given another remote and it still did not work, so we were moved to another room. This room smelled strongly of cigarettes or other smoke even though it said it was non smoking. This TV also did not work, so the front desk person had to come fix it. This room also had dirty floors. The bed was horrible and the mattress was stained. It was so uncomfortable. My family member stayed here the same night and had the same experience. I would never stay here again even if it was free.

No one showed up for check-in for about 15-20 mins. even after calling on hotel number. The rugs needed to be vacuumed, fridge was very dirty. Lights too didn’t work. There was dust on every table. Mirrors too were left unclean. Only thing that was good was location and AC was working. Basically it’s hardly passable if you’re travelling from long time.
