The facility was just ok. We couldn’t tell if it was in the middle of a renovations or not. Breakfast was ok. Cold water or juice would have been a nice option besides just coffee and 1 kind of tea. The gas station next door had a little store and burger place attached and that was excellent. We staff members were very attentive and friendly. We felt safe.

Staff was lovely. The free breakfast was quite pathetic so we went elsewhere. The milk for cereal was sitting in the counter, no refrigeration. The muffin in the case was cut in half. The bread for toast was sitting on a tray, no cover to keep it fresh. There was 4 yogurts in the fridge, all the same flavor and 3 juice to choose from. No cream for coffee just coffeemate packets. In our room there was a couple of drawings of men’s private parts on the bathroom door and around the tile in the bathroom. Cleaning staff probably did not see them. Again in our room the coffee pot was in a tray that had coffee spilled in it. Had to use Kleenexes to mop it up.

The hotel felt outdated and musty, in need of a deep clean. Our first room had makeup on the sheets, brown stains on the curtains, and a strong musty smell. We were moved to a slightly better room, but it still wasn’t great. Hot tub is look warm and sauna hardly gets hot.

Something that little expedia had photographs of a walk-in shower that are not available in the single room. I need this because I have problems crawling in and out of tubs. I am very disappointed that Expedia would do this and of course the hotel would not upgrade me to a Jacuzzi room just because your photos are wrong.

I would be embarrassed to have this location tied to the name Ramada. This location needs a full restoration our rebuild. The fact you have to walk outside be it first or second floor is confusing, the hallways and dingy and damaged, the bedding was stained, the toilet handle was falling off, you can hear the door slamming from people coming into the far side of the property.

The room was very dated, horrible neighbourhood. At 2:30am someone next door yelling and running around the room and lifting furniture and jumping around for an hour. Made me feel super unsafe. The only good thing was the pool but the hot tub looked rusted on the inside. The best Western Convention Centre is in the same area but well lit with new updates.

The property was dirty, visible black mold and dust. We made a huge mistake staying there and would not recommend.They need to clean the rooms better and make it safe for people to stay there.

Very old and run down. Hole punch in the bathroom door. No fan for heat . Cigarette burns on the bathroom window. Needed to call the front desk because the TV remote didnt work. No phone in room. Crooked pictures screwed to the wall.

Staff was incredibly nice. Lots of things were broken including handles and doors not locking properly. We also had a group of teenagers climb onto our balcony and the roof. Felt very unsafe with a balcony door that wouldnt lock. Also door between rooms would only lock on one side.

The room was clean but the main door did not close properly, half the lights did not work, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the light flickered on and off, the cover for the fan was just hanging and did not work. I was just passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night so it wasn't a huge issue as I was only there for a few hours but would not stay there for any length on time.

Toilet unstable, bathtub door difficult to close, towel rack ripped from wall, pillows terrible, room smells (it is the pet friendly room), no phone in room, TV had to be retuned to get channels. And someone looked like they were about to break into our vehicle when we came outside. everything about this motel is depressing. The staff were not bad.

I had low expectations based on the reviews online but I experienced first hand how this hotel needs to be improved. When we got into our room late at night, one of the bed was not made. There was also no elevator in the property, so we had to carry our bags down and requested for a different room. The staff was kind enough to give us another room but the room that was given was not well kept. It had hole in the washroom wall, the tv was broken the room also smelled awful. Unfortunately, we were too tired to complain and needed to be in bed. I requested for another room the next day and the staff was kind enough to give us a better room. As much as I want to be considerate, I think the hotel really needs to be improved. I would not be staying here again and would not recommend. Sorry.
