Rooms were rundown, furniture broken, deep scratches, carpet filthy, windows were so dirty and looked like someone threw stuff on them you couldn’t see out. Smelled musty. Phone was disgusting looks like it has never been cleaned. Onsite restaurant was closed and looks like it’s been closed for a long time yet website shows restaurant on site. I would not recommend.

Hotel is in shambles our room had evidently had a major leak at some point and the restoration wasn’t complete by far . Heat didn’t work at all and they left the hallway doors open so the cold air just ran through out . Carpet was badly stained and deteriorated. Everything felt dirty to touch . I do not recommend this place ,only thing good about it was the closeness to the freeway to get out of there .

Do not stay here!! This place for starters needs to be sprayed for black flies. Rust in tub along with bottom of tub looks like finish is coming off. Carpet doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. A/C almost falling off wall. And room smells musty, maybe mold. Never seen a room so disgusting in my life.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED
Baffled at finding this green vape or something under the bed sheets as i got in bed. Clearly they dont change the sheets. Very unsanitary. Washroom doesn’t look clean, carpet isnt clean. Shower has barely any water pressure, tap is loose, wifi is super slow, homeless people roaming parking lot making noise. Overall feel of the hotel is horrible. My room was through a hall then a door that says “ fire exit, emergencies only “ , like who would find that !! Cheap furniture falling apart, sarcastic staff, paid just over $200 for one night. Oct 25 2024. I travel so frequently and this was by far the worst hotel. Definitely would like Ramada to do something for me !! This is unacceptable for the price

It was very dusty. The bed wasn’t even set up correctly never put on the air conditioning dust. honestly, I’m surprised this place hasn’t closed down. The bedsheets are not even white. Do they even clean them?

The room was dated and the furniture was damaged. Burned out light bulb. Lights flickered in the bathroom and the plumbing leaked. The bed was poorly made on the first day and room service never came on the second day. Vacuuming was not done around the edge of the room and the carpet was grey with dust under the bed. The electronic room keys worked intermittently. The breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.

Room was extremely dirty. Bedding was stained, walls were filthy, carpet was visually un-vacuumed, bathroom.floor was sticky with urine around base of toilet, behind the bedside table was visually dirt-ridden. Absolutely gross. Ramada should be ashamed and have this place condemned.

Needs improvement
Room we were given was not prepared, even though we checked in after 11:00 pm. Given a different room instead. Tub/shower was poorly maintained/cleaned. Mirrors poorly cleaned. Fireplace did not work. Pillows were stained. Flies in the room. Housekeeping having conversations outside our room very early. Housekeeping entered our room while my wife was asleep a few hours before check out at 11:00 am. Poor experience overall.

If I could score a negative number I would. This place is the worst place we have ever stayed in. The carpets were gross. The bottom of the tub was very dirty, the walls are in disrepair. They seemed to be more concerned about painting the outside of the building than they were about anything else inside the building. We spoke with 3 other couples and they all had the same to say. Will never go there again and I will be contacting the head office of Ramada by Wyndham to send pictures and express our concerns.

This is a place you’d go to, if you want to get a std just form the bed. Literally everything is falling apart. The sofa is ripped , the carpet is disgusting , there is wood chips on the ground from all the broken furniture. Literally disgusting Don’t stay here
