Never stayed in a motel before, door straight to parking area, sounded like someone at the door all the time. Facilities good, staff helpful, friendly. Very clean. Plenty of space.

WestJet cancelled my flight, so I ended up needing a room at short notice. They were very friendly and accommodating including my early morning check out.

I paid $500 for a three night stay. The room was not made up, the towels were not replaced. I went to the front desk and the attendant was very unhelpful, did not offer a refund, did not offer another room, stated the room would be made up the next morning, which was of no use to me. Questionable cleanliness in the room.

Close to Abbotsford hospital. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue window was open when we arrived and found some flies flying around inside. Screens would be great. Air conditioning worked great, the baseboard heater was on when we arrived :).

You get what you pay for? Knowing the facility rating already, we selected a "premium" room... And....wow. Not sure I'd like to see the 'standard'' room....! Just low-end, from the poor repairs to the state of the room. That said, the bed was clean, semi-comfortable, and the car was still there in the morning! Underwhelming, but not hideous. .

The staff were good but there were no towels in the room, we had to ask for them and couldn’t get face cloths until the next morning. The bathroom window was not sealed and leaky (it was raining) and had mould all over it. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and cleaner. It got better when we turned the air conditioner off.

Our room was the second to last in the building & when we walked in it smelt heavily like smoke and notably dirty. We went into the bathroom & the window was broken so we had to put a clothes hanger to make sure no one could get in from the outside. Their neighbors were up until 2 am singing karaoke, very loudly. I’m so glad we didn’t have our kids with us, if we did we would have left. Not worth it.

The room was very, very smoky. Some renovations had been done in the bathroom but they didn’t appear to be done by a professional. There were burn marks in the bathroom. For the price, it was old, tired and didn’t feel very clean.

The sheets were clean but the room was run down, paper thin blankets and smelled like smoke so badly I had to turn the ac off to stop smelling it. Over priced for the value.
